All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $250.00 AUD.
Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact deenoverdunyacollection@gmail.com

If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order. In the event that the courier service returns the delivery to us, you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
TAXES + DUTIES
All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We cannot control possible delays due to Customs once the package has left Australia.
